Deep within the heart of Colombia, among the majestic mountains of the Central Cordillera, our coffee is brought to life by 140 families dedicated to a legacy of purity and quality. Thanks to an exceptional climate and the expertise passed down through generations, each coffee bean is cultivated and harvested by hand, transforming every sip into a love letter to a land of magical realism.
This coffee is a testament to the purity and quality of the Castillo bean, cultivated at 1,800 meters in the heart of Risaralda. The washed process and a medium-high roast bring out its naturally sweet and aromatic profile, making each cup a truly rewarding experience.
